Oh dear, I'm sorry that's confusing. You'll need 3 eggs for the recipe. Of those 3 eggs, you'll use only 1 of the yolks. This helps keep the cake light and white.

At first i thought out of the 3 eggs, take out 2 yolks and use only one of the yolks, but when i changed the portion to the max, it went up to 12 eggs and still it says only 1 of the yolks. Please clarify, thanks.
