This is a wonderful recipe. So much flavor and so easy. I toasted the pecans, provides even more flavor. Plus, after using graham crackers, which are nice, I made it using Lotus Biscoff cookies and found these work even better since you don't have to break them apart and you're left with a nicely finished edge. Thanks so much for this fun and delicious treat!

I don't, but it's important to remove from the pan as specified or it'll stick. I've had others who said they have spritzed it.
