I don't have those instructions noted here, but from the folks who've shared the've made it in the oven, put it in a 13x9, cover it with foil, and bake at 350 45-60 minutes, or until the pork chops are at the safe internal temp.

Thanks for giving this one a try. Pork chops are lean, and if they're overcooked, they'll be tough. If you used a different cut and followed these instructions, they will be tough as well. As far as the topping being "just ok," the combination of the flavors are exactly what the ingredients are, so it must be that you simply don't like those flavors...or at least the ingredients together.

Iwas so disappointed. pork chops were tough and had no flavor.the topping was just ok.

I would leave 10 stars if I could! This was out of this world delicious! I was worried the pork would still be raw and the bread would be soggy but it was delicious. The crockpot was cleaned out! Your recipes never fail.
