In reply to Jennifer. You can click "print" on the recipe, and lower the number of servings to 6. This will adjust all of the ingredient amounts. It will work, but I would check about 5 minutes sooner on the bake time for both times it bakes :)

In reply to Janet Ruffin. How long would you bake it if using 1 1/2 pounds of meat in a 8x8 glass baking dish? Or do you think it won’t cook properly in a dish that small?

I made this last night! It turned out perfect! It is definitely a hardy meal. I will freeze some of it to have on the cold winter night. Thanks for sharing!
