Good to know! I didn't work at Johnny Carino's or have their cookbook, but this is the best dupe I've created. I'll do more research to try to perfect it with a marinated soy sauce method for the peppers. Thanks for the tip.

I thought you might have cracked it but you didn't have it anywhere near the true recipe.
