I really like this recipe, and so easy to make. But the best thing about it for me is the memories that come rushing back. This recipe has also been on many a holiday table throughout the years!! It is simple, delicious and just the right touch to any meal.

How I enjoyed watching the video of your beautiful Grandmother make this classic Jello salad. We made this the other day for a St. Patrick's day party, can you believe there were people there that have never had it?!?! Everyone loved it!
