These cheesy Roast Beef Sliders are one of the best hand held appetizers. Layered with ooey gooey provolone and muenster cheese, tender roast beef, and sandwiched between buttery sweet slider buns, these sliders are the perfect hearty appetizer for a game day party, holiday get-together, or potluck! They're on my upcoming Super Bowl menu!
With the familiar flavors of french dip sandwiches, this roast beef sliders recipe take only 10 minutes to assemble. One of my favorite things about this easy recipe is that you can make the sandwiches ahead of time and refrigerate them until it's almost party time. Your family and party guests will definitely come back for seconds!

How to Make Roast Beef Sliders
- Split the rolls in half with a serrated knife and place the bottom buns in a large round or 13"x9" dish. On the bottom slices, evenly top in this order: provolone cheese, roast beef, Muenster, (optional sautéed onions and mushrooms), then the top buns.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Everything Bagel seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of the gravy mix. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5-10, or until the top of the sandwiches are golden brown and cheese has melted.
- While the sandwiches bake, in a small saucepan on medium-high heat, whisk together 2 cups water and the remaining au jus mix. Bring to a boil then lower the heat to simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve the sandwiches with the prepared au jus and horseradish mayo and dijon mustard on the side.

- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (adjust to taste)
- Au Jus Gravy Mix Options: You can use a regular or low-sodium packaged Au Jus mix. You can also make it from scratch. Here the ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons regular or low-sodium beef bouillon granules or beef base
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Meat Tips and Substitutes: Choose a high-quality deli meat for optimal satisfaction! Personally, I prefer Boar's Head Seasoned Filet of Roast Beef sliced at the deli counter. Freezing: For longer storage, you can freeze roast beef sliders. However, freezing may affect the texture, so it's best for shorter periods. When ready to eat, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat them in the oven for a few minutes to refresh the texture.
Reheating: Place leftovers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. If you're in a hurry, you can use the microwave. However, this may affect the texture of the bread. Heat in short intervals.
