Anything on a King's Hawaiian is a winner in my house, haha! I loved that this uses deli chicken and very little cooking. Though I did this on my own, I could see my 10-year-old making this dinner solo.

Oh man!!! These are SO good! if anyone hasn't made and tasted these, then they are definitely missing out! I didn't have mushrooms but they were still incredible. Everything else, I kept the same using microwave bacon.
