We loved these and great flavor. First time I have successfully cooked dry beans. Reminded of us we need to visit LA next time we’re over that direction visiting family.

I have heard you should always throw out the soaking water of beans. Are you familiar with this? I think it helps get rid of lectins released from the beans. Will try your recipe, but will stick to my soaking method. Thanks!
