I wanted a juicy pork roast and let me tell you this was one of the BEST I tried ! It was so juicy & tender tasteful . You could use a fork to cut it or shred it. Definately will make again ! Thanks Laura for making another one so easy !

This was delicious! I did end up leaving out the cream cheese since no one in my house is a fan. The first night I served it over mashed potatoes with a veg. The second night, I repurposed the leftovers by taking just the meat and turning it into salsa verde enchiladas. This recipe was super easy and everyone ate it! Thatโ€™s a win in my book!
