I believe this recipe can be made anytime of the year, but there is something about pulling this out of the oven on a cold winter night. It’s very hearty and filling, while having delicious flavor. Protein, veggies and carbs, it has exactly what you need to feel well fed. Definitely a dish to drop off with a loved one who needs a good meal.
