LOVE this bacon egg salad recipe - especially on fresh mini-croissants! It's SO appreciated after my daughter's Lacrosse morning practices as they're all craving some good protein and starving LOL! Perfect recipe as it's not heavy on the mayo but has lots of flavor too! Thanks Laura! 🙂
